Making a complaint:
To make a complaint please follow the steps:
1. Return / complaint form
Fill the return / complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or postal address, phone number, product number and complaint reason, date of purchase and description of the defect.
2. Before shipment
When making a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and the receipt or copy of the invoice.
