You entrust us with your personal data and it is a matter of trust, that for us is very important. The Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data obliges us to use the data obtained from customers to make an order or subscribe to a newsletter. According to the mentioned law, you have a possibility to check or change your data and demand to stop using them.

PURPOSE OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

The purpose of collecting personal data is to process orders, complaints, returns or exchange goods. This data is also needed while writing a comment and other activities related to our services. In the registration form or during the ordering process we ask for your phone number, which is necessary for immediate contact with Akardo.pl and the customer. Phone call is  the easiest and fastest way to solve all the problems and answering questions to explain even the smallest formalities. Your contact number will not be used in any other way and will not be given on anyone's request.

Each customer can register in our shop. The login and password that are agreed by the customer serve as security for the user profile. The customer has the option of storing, checking and updating their data (please pay attention to the shipping address) and monitor the status of ordered products. The store user undertakes to treat data such as login and password as confidential and not to disclose them to third parties. If you loose your password, we will send you an e-mail with a new one.

DATA ACCESS 

Personal data access have only people who are responsible for orders. We assure that the data is not used in any other way: we do not sell, share or lend the data to other entities. They are used only for the purpose of ordering or newsletter subscriptions. In order to deliver you a product, we pass the data to the carrier (courier, post, parcel machine). We kindly ask you to provide us with correct postal address.

BROWSING THE WEB and ORDER PROCESSING

The site can be viewed without registration. You have to log in to the shop to order a product. We proces the order after the required forms are filled with the necessary data for shipping. Waiting time for the order depends on the payment and shipping methods.
