What products are offered in the puzzle4u shop?

Photo jigsaw puzzles: 100, 260, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000 pieces, and also 50 and 100 GIGA pieces.

Guide to create the photo puzzles

 How to order photo puzzles?

First you need to pick the amount of elements that interest you the most - you have two options when it comes to packaging: in a box, or just in a string bag, miniature of the puzzles included. Then click the button labeled "Create design". This will send you to the online wizard, where you can create a design from scratch: pick a picture, crop it properly, add filters and texts, pick a colorful frame and so on.

 What file formats are processed by the online wizard?

We accept all picture/image formats, preferably .png or .jpg.

 What's the proper resolution for a picture?

In general: the bigger resolution of a picture, the better the quality of the print. If the pictures have at the minimum 1500 pixels on the longest side, it's usually enough for 100, 250, 500 element ones. It more or less fits the picture made by a 2 px digital camera. For 1000, 2000, 3000, and 50-100 GIGA elements, we advice the minimum size of 2500 pixels. It matches more or less the 4 px digital camera.

Let's keep in mind, that this scale speaks only about the picture's resolution. The sharpness and general quality of the picture can't be taken under consideration in this case. The bigger the format you choose, the bigger the picture's resolution should be. The resolution of the picture we're getting is not tampered with by us. Any complains towards us over the low quality of the send file will render itself invalid.

 I want to match the proper picture file. What are the minimum sizes it should have?

We ask you to add a file in sizes for:

100 elements - 2421 x 1594 px

260 elements - 3543 x 2362 px

500 elements - 2834 x 2007 px

1000 elements - 4704 x 2893 px

1500 elements - 5078 x 3425 px

2000 elements - 5728 x 4074 px

3000 elements - 5728 x 4074 px

50 GIGA elements - 5019 x 3543 px

100 GIGA elements - 5019 x 3543 px

What to pay attention to, while preparing a photo puzzles project?

In this type of production it's always important to use printing bleeding - that's why it's important to keep all important parts of a picture away from the edges, so it won't get cut off. It's also possible for the colors on the screen to look different than in printed product.

 Do the colors change during printing process?

Unfortunately, we cannot promise the colors won't change, because what we see on our screens depends on brightness, resolution, contrast, color, and also on our graphics card. So there could be difference between the project on screen and after printing.

 What's the material you're using to make puzzles?

Our photo puzzles are made from the highest quality of special cardboard. Our prints are fully ecological, safe and with durability lasting for years.

 Is placing orders online safe?

To redirect data we're using so called SSL system, added to a 128 bit coding. This technology allows for maximum safety, that's why it's also used by banks, to protect the data while handling online transactions. You can recognize that the data is protected by a key or a lock icon in the URL of the website.

Delivery options:

 What are they costs of a delivery?

The cost of a delivery depends entirely on the chosen method of the delivery and payment. The entire order is being send in one piece, so the client pays for just one delivery.

Methods of delivery:

Direct delivery:

  • Prepayed/Online payment: 0 PLN for orders costing 50 PLN and more
  • Payment on delivery: 18,00 PLN for orders costing less than 50 PLN

INPOST parcel lockers:

  • Prepayed/Online payment: 0 PLN for orders costing 50 PLN and more 
  • Payment on delivery: 13,49 PLN for orders costing less than 50 PLN

 Can I pick up my order myself?

Picking up the parcel in person is possible only after paying for the order first.

 Can I send my order to a different delivery address?

Yes, during placing the order, you can add different address for delivery and different one for payment. You can put up a different delivery address, when the ordered photo puzzles are supposed to be a gift, and also when the person ordering is unavailable during the day - then you can put up the address of a workplace. This doesn't change the cost of the delivery.

 Can I check the status of my order?

Every parcel has a number, thanks to which a client can at all times keep track on the status of their order.

 What payment methods are available?

We issue payment methods as follows:

  • Payment on delivery - in cash for delivery man, or in InPost parcel locker, that offers the option to pay on delivery (via card)
  • Via credit card
  • Via quick online payment

Complaints and returns:

 Can I cancel my order?

You can always cancel your order in 14 days without placing a reason for it. We'd like to inform you, that orders of products that were prepared according to your wishes or specific needs, will not be available for such canceling. More informations about canceling are available in the Terms and Conditions, §10.

 What's the procedure for a complaint?

You're obligated to check the packaging in the moment of delivery. If you get damaged or incorrect product, you need to immediately inform the delivery. For a complaint to be proven valid, there needs to be a note about the damage or mistake, prepared in the presence of the delivery man. Then you need to contact our customer service.
